Playing peek-a-boo... ITC Kitchens of India

Playing peek-a-boo with Sanju

-          ITC Kitchens of India

Sanju is a shy lad and frequent visitor of Odriew restaurant along with his parents. Even though he comes often, he hides behind his mother whenever the staff approaches him.

 Today is no different.

 Over to Odriew restaurant…

The couple settles in and the gent calls a waiter. They decide on the food and indulge in some warm banter waiting for the food to arrive.

Sanju gets down from his chair and wanders around when a waiter approaches him. He quickly makes his way to his parent’s table and behind his mother’s chair.

When his mother calls him to eat his food, he declines. He would much rather wander around, but the waiter is not allowing him.

Oof! Why can’t he be left alone? (Tsk, tsk)

The waiter, a familiar face to the couple offers him a bite, which he stubbornly declines from behind his mother’s chair!

The waiter and the child’s chupa-chupi and much else is recorded and uploaded on YouTube. (Dear, dear!)

At length, the dessert arrives. The child, who hasn’t had a bite, looks at the waiter who brings him a plate and feeds him a spoonful which he eats by the mouthful!  (Hee-haw!)

There is a minor celebration in the staffer’s camp and after a hearty meal the couple is gifted a hamper of the desserts from ITC Kitchens of India.

With the couple in their pockets as loyal patrons, why did the management gift them desserts from ITC Kitchens of India?

Any idea?  It totally confounds me.

Or does it? (Wink, wink)
