Maggi Noodles - Size Matters

Maggi Noodles - One is Never Enough

Papa's having breakfast. Mummy puts me and bro on the table.

Papa is impatient. Something about catching the moment. He's tinkering with the phone when the food arrives. It's Maggi Noodles!

Mummy serves us first. I wait patiently for my turn. But, what's this?

I look at bro's bowl. It is bigger than mine.  (Oh, dear!)

Why does he have more and I less? I realise she's not being fair and let out a loud howl.

Papa
is in splits. Adults have a weird sense of humour. (Tsk, tsk.)

Mummy says, "Alright then, you give her this", and so saying she exchanges my bro's bowl with mine.

Now he lets out a howl! (Oh, dear!)

Papa laughs out loud. Pray, what's funny about this? (More Tsk, tsk) All of this and much more is recorded and uploaded on YouTube. (Dear, dear!)

Mummy is finding it funny too.

Finally, after a family click, she gets two bowls and serves the yummy Maggi Noodles equally.

I am happy and so is bro,.

Slurp, slurp.

Tearful, but happy, we enjoy children's holiday special, Nestle's Maggi Noodles.

I love Ma, Papa, bro and Nestle's Maggi Noodles.

Nestle's Maggi Noodles - In more flavours as there are members of an average Indian family! (Tee-hee)

I Love Nestle's Kit Kat, Too!

Maggi and Kit Kat: Where Would One Be Without The Other?

I am having a bowl of Maggi Noodles.

Mummah is opening the fridge.

Quick, crawl up before she closes it. That's where she keeps the Ti Tat. I love Ti Tat.

Just when I come close, she closes it.

I wail. I want Ti Tat. Ma laughs and says, " First, say Kit Kat"

I say, "Ti Tat"

"No", she says, "It's Kit Kat".

"Ti Tat", I say louder...(Oh dear!)

Then querulously ...(Dear, dear)

Then, tearfully... (Tsk, tsk!)

And I start crying (Sigh!), all of which is recorded and uploaded on YouTube. (More tsk, tsk)

Mummah laughs and picks me up and kisses me.

And...

... Opens the fridge

With wet eyes and moist lips, I bite toothlessly at the wrap.

I love mummah, I love Ti Tat.

Ti Tat, Ti Tat.

Yes, says Ma, Ti Tat. Ha, ha. She kisses me again and I kiss her back with moist, salivating lips.

I'll say it again, mummah is the best, and so is Ti Tat.

Maggi Noodles Saves The Day, Again!

A First-Time Mom's Experiments With Maggi Noodles!

Baby is crying. First time mom hasn't figured it all as yet. So she tackles the problem with the process of elimination. (Oh dear!)

It's hot. Put the ac on? Check.
Still cries...

Rock her? Check.
Cries still ( Oh dear!)

Give her milk? Check.
She's wailing louder! (Dear, dear!)

Change diapers? Check.
And now she's spluttering with baby rage. (Tsk, tsk)

Quick, give her a packet of Maggi Noodles to hold?

Bliss!

Phew!

It works! (Hee-haw!)

Maggi Noodles Saves The Day, again! (Blow the horn!)

Maggi Noodles Saves The Day!

When Baby is Cranky, Maggi Keeps Her Comfy

It's time for baby to eat. But, hello, baby is sucking her thumb!
What a bad habit (tsk, tsk, tsk)

Baby sucks her thumb. Ma pulls it.
Baby puts it in.

Mummah pulls it out, again.
Baby, in again.

Once again out. (Sigh, will it ever end?)

Baby protests and her lips begin to pucker (tsk, tsk, tsk) all of which papa is recording and uploading on YouTube! (Oh dear!)

Ma hastily gives her an unopened packet of Maggi Noodles and baby pulls out her thumb and opens her mouth.

Phew!

Maggi, you never fail to surprise me!

Your Baby's Got Talent

A Few Ways To Know Your Baby Has Got Talent

He shakes his head when you put on a song

He dances to English tunes

He dances to any tune

His first words were Do (No?)

 So? (Huh?)

 La? (Never-mind)

He could be a graphics designer; he watches animated movies

He could be a cricket fan (is that even a talent?); he cries when we roar

He stops crying when we watch some cricketing action at 3 a.m. (Can a baby tell time?) (Snigger, snigger)

Don’t do that, he cries when you put off the TV. The TV is not an idiot box although you might qualify as one (Gasp!)

He claps when India claps...

...And slaps his head when we lose

He loves Lay’s! (The boy’s got good taste, literally!) Hee-haw!

I’m sure I’ve missed many. Do share your baby’s superstardom in the comments below.

Say, What Do You Want To Be?

When I Grow Up I want to be…

Mummy wants me to be a singer

And Daddy a dancer too

Brother thinks I’m a fine bowler

WHAT DO I DO?

I sing when I am happy

And dance a few steps too

I play cricket when I’m most happy

THAT’S WHAT I WILL DO!

Say, what do you want to be? (Wink, wink!)

Please May I Have Some Lay's?

A Baby’s Experiments with Lay’s

Mummy asks Daddy if he’s seen baby. Daddy is tying a tie and says heck he has not.

It’s awfully quiet. Their hearts skip a beat.

Suddenly, they hear a sound…
…in the kitchen.

 Quick!

Baby turns his head.

What are they looking at me like that for? They look so silly. (Hic!)

His mouth is full of pieces of chips.

Mummy is angry with me; something about how bad it is for health.

I cry: Don’t take it away from me.  I want Lay’s. I love it, I do, too.

She rubs off the grub from my mouth but lets me have the chips anyway. Yay!

I love mummah! I love Lay’s!
