Baby’s
Day at a Wedding
Ready-to-eat
ITC Kitchens of India
Mummy
and daddy are all dressed up in their finest clothes. I am too. Daddy is
combing my hair. He is saying that I am cute. I cry. I don’t understand the
fuss.
We
take a ride in the car. Whee…! I love rides.
And
then we come to a place with so many people…Why is there such a crowd? And
everybody is so well-dressed in their finery? And there’s so much smoke.
Everybody’s coochicooing me and saying I’m a sweet baby. It’s hot and stuffy
here and I want to be with mummy only, but they all want to hold me.
I cry and
cry some more, as I am taken from one arm to the next. Everybody is laughing.
Mummy is tickled pink too. She kisses me and distracts me pointing out the
birds for me to see.
I
cry. I want my ride in the car. I want to go home…
Mummy
opens the tiffin box and feeds me mixing some of the rice with ready-to-eat ITC
Kitchens of India. I gurgle with happiness. I am happy now. After a nice lunch,
I fall asleep on mummy’s arms, while she shares recipes with her friends.
Something about recipes worth trying from the website of Kitchens of India?
I’m
blissfully unaware of where this conversation is leading to as I smile in my
sleep dreaming of the delightful meal I just had.
Hey, did you see that? It looks
like your baby is dreaming about food, like she is sucking…
And
while they wonder, I dream on...about ready-to-eat ITC Kitchens of
India…(Gurgle, gurgle!)
