The children are all excited as papa gets his camera phone ready to play a prank on Maggie. (Heh, heh)
Ma brings the noodles in bowls. The family digs into the tasty breakfast.
Big bro has almost finished his portion when he suddenly says, “Statue.” The family plays along and stay still, while bro takes Maggie’s share and starts eating.
Maggie is confused as the family is in splits. (Tsk, tsk)
Maggie realises that she has been duped and does what she should have done minutes before: she howls, (Dear, dear) all of which is recorded and uploaded on
YouTube. (Oh, dear!)
Papa chides bro and tells him to give Maggie her bowl back. Maggie sniffs, her cheeks still wet with tears. (Tsk, Tsk)
But what’s this? The bowl is empty (Dear, dear!)
Maggie bawls in decibels higher than she is usually wont (Dear, dear)
Ma picks her up, laughing and smothers Maggie with kisses. She gives her another bowl and Maggie is tearful but happy. Ma wipes her face as Maggie proceeds to dirty it again. (Tsk, tsk)
